Client Billing
Accurate and timely Client Billing is essential to the success operation of any business. The benefits of time recording using Virtual Practices is that any or all time recorded against a client can be turned into a client bill within moments using the on-screen billing function. Your own bill template will be set up within the system providing you with the bill layout of your choice. Bills can either be printed or emailed to clients as a PDF attachment. Furthermore, the system can automatically select and use a different billing address if specified in the client record.
In addition to the automatic bill production functions, Virtual Practices can also generate standard reminder letters to chase clients for late or overdue payments.
